On entering, steps lead down to a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where large windows frame relaxing sea views across the sound to Long Island. Two bedrooms and a bathroom sit on the first floor, with a cosy double room on the next landing. The second floor hosts the Master bedroom and another bathroom, offering privacy along with sweeping ocean views.

The kitchen boasts an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and a separate utility area with washer/dryer.


The patio off the dining area has lovely views of the sea.


First Floor:


Two bedrooms with two single beds in each room also a bathroom with shower.


Next Landing: One double bed with storage.


Second Floor:


Master Bedroom with 5ft Double bed with storage.

Directions
Pass through Schull Main Street and take a left on to Colla Road. Follow this road for approx. 3km. The entrance to the Colla Pier Cottages will be on your left. No 1 is the first house on your right.
